Who it is for

Hair, nail and beauty salons · Spas, massage centres and hammams · Aesthetic, laser and injectables clinics · Recovery and longevity centres.

Why Tessafold

  1. Your own app

Your clients download an app with your centre's name and logo from the App Store and Google Play, not a booking marketplace that lists your competitors next to you.

  2. Salon and clinic in one system

A centre that offers hair and nails alongside laser and injectables doesn't need two systems. Packages, wallet and loyalty sit next to the medical file and consents.

  3. Saudi and compliant

A Saudi company based in Jeddah, ZATCA-compliant tax invoices, an Arabic-first interface, and WhatsApp messaging.

  4. Works the way your centre works

Deposits and cancellation policy, home visits with coverage zones and fees, staff commissions and tips, packages, gift cards and loyalty points, refer-a-friend, and a Google review request after every visit.

  5. No commission on your bookings

You pay a subscription or buy a licence. We never take a cut of any booking.

  6. Rent or own

Pay monthly and we take care of everything, or pay once and run the system yourself.

The problems it solves

  • Appointments spread across the phone, WhatsApp and a paper diary → online booking around the clock, with no clashes between staff or rooms.
  • Clients who don't show up → a deposit at booking and a reminder on WhatsApp.
  • Clients who don't come back → an automatic reminder when the next session is due, loyalty points and prepaid packages.
  • Commissions worked out by hand at month end → a statement per staff member, approved and exported for payroll.
  • A client's history in three places → one file: visits, packages, wallet, and for clinics the medical file and consents.

Questions owners ask

What is Tessafold?

A Saudi booking and client-management system for salons, spas, aesthetic clinics and recovery centres, with a mobile app under the centre's own name in the App Store and Google Play.

Do I get an app with my salon's or clinic's name?

Yes. The app is published in the App Store and Google Play with your centre's name, logo and colours, and your clients book and pay in it.

Is Tessafold ZATCA-compliant?

Yes. It issues ZATCA-compliant tax invoices with a QR code.

How much does Tessafold cost?

Renting starts at SAR 399 a month plus setup from SAR 6,900 (app included) for salons and spas, and SAR 990 a month for clinics and recovery centres. Owning starts at SAR 27,900 one-time. Prices exclude VAT.

Can I buy the system instead of subscribing?

Yes. With the own option you pay once, the system runs on your server or ours, and the first year of maintenance is free.

Does Tessafold take a commission on bookings?

No. We take no share of your bookings or your clients' payments.

Does it suit laser and injectables clinics?

Yes. It has an encrypted medical file, medical alerts shown before every session, signed consents, before-and-after photos, treatment plans, and laser session records with device settings.

Does it work in the UAE, Qatar and Iraq?

It works in the UAE with dirham pricing and UAE VAT invoices. For Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq, we set it up for your country on request.

How long does it take to go live?

Your booking page is live within days, and the app reaches the stores in 2–4 weeks, depending on Apple's and Google's review.

Does it support home visits?

Yes. You set coverage zones and their fees, travel time is blocked in the specialist's calendar, and the client pins her address on a map.

Does it calculate staff commissions?

Yes. Rules per service, monthly targets, and a statement per staff member that a manager approves and exports to payroll. Each staff member sees only her own earnings.

How is Tessafold different from Fresha?

Fresha is a booking marketplace where clients find many businesses, and it charges a share on new clients who come through it. Tessafold gives you an app under your own name, ZATCA invoices, a medical file for clinics, and takes no share of your bookings.
