Cruiz App – Car Rental Platform (KSA)
A peer-to-peer and B2C car rental platform. Like Turo + traditional rental apps, it connects car owners and renters with secure payments, advanced filters, and sponsorship options.
The Challenge
Saudi Arabia's car rental market was dominated by large agencies with inflexible pricing and limited selection. Private car owners had no way to monetize idle vehicles, and renters — especially those seeking specific car types or short-term rentals — had no peer-to-peer alternative to expensive traditional agencies.
The Solution
We built Cruiz App — a dual-model car rental platform combining peer-to-peer rentals (like Turo) with traditional B2C agency listings. Car owners list their vehicles with availability calendars and pricing; renters browse, filter, book, and pay securely in-app. Sponsorship options let agencies promote their fleets to top listings.
