Confidential – AI Conversational Assistant (KSA)

The Challenge
A confidential enterprise client in Saudi Arabia needed a private AI assistant capable of understanding their internal documents — not a generic chatbot, but a system that reads their own files, builds a knowledge base from them, and answers complex questions with full context and accuracy in both Arabic and English.
The Solution
We built a custom AI conversational assistant with a dynamic knowledge graph engine. Users upload their documents (PDFs, Word, Excel) and the system parses, indexes, and connects information across all files. The AI can then answer questions, surface relationships between data points, and generate summaries — all grounded in the uploaded content.
