Large systems, legacy modernization, cloud migration and automation — built to German engineering standards, contracted and paid locally in Saudi Arabia.
Enterprise work fails for boring reasons: the integration nobody scoped, the legacy system nobody wants to touch, the migration planned around an optimistic weekend. We build large systems for organizations that already run on something, where the real work is making the new thing live alongside the old one without stopping the business.
Four things enterprises ask us for
Platform and backend engineering
Systems built to carry load and survive a decade of change: Java EE and Spring Boot, .NET, microservices with clear boundaries, event-driven messaging, and APIs your own teams and partners can build on. We also take over systems someone else wrote, which is more common than greenfield at this size.
Legacy modernization
A monolith nobody dares deploy is a business risk, not a technical preference. We break it apart in a sequence where every step ships and nothing goes dark: carve a bounded service out, route traffic to it, prove it, repeat. The old system keeps running until the day it stops mattering.
Cloud migration
Moving data and workloads to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or Alibaba Cloud — assessment, landing zone, migration in waves, and cost control afterwards. We are AWS Certified and a Google Cloud Partner. Where data must stay in the Kingdom, we design for that before choosing a region, not after.
AI systems and automation
Custom AI over your own data — document intelligence, retrieval over internal archives, multilingual voice — plus process automation with Make or n8n for the routine work that eats your team's week.
What we build on
The stack an enterprise buyer wants named before the first call:

Spring Boot
.NET
NestJS
Laravel
Architecture
Microservices with bounded contexts
Event-driven messaging
REST and GraphQL APIs
Domain-driven design
Cloud
AWS (Certified)
Google Cloud (Partner)
Azure
Alibaba Cloud
Delivery
CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure as code
Containers and orchestration
Observability and alerting
Data
Relational and document stores
Migration and reconciliation
Reporting pipelines
Integration with ERP and CRM
AI
LLM integration behind a provider-agnostic layer
Retrieval over private data

Automation starts with a study, not a tool
Most automation projects fail because somebody automated a process that should have been deleted. We work the other way round:
1
Map the routine
We sit with the team and write down what they actually do each week — the re-keying, the chasing, the copying between two systems that were never connected.
2
Score it
Hours spent, error rate, how often it repeats, and how painful it is when it goes wrong. That ranking decides the order, not enthusiasm.
3
Automate the top of the list
Built on Make or n8n where that is the right weight, or as a service in your own stack where it is not. Both are handed over documented.
4
Measure what came back
Hours returned per week, counted against the baseline from step one. If a flow does not pay for itself, we say so and turn it off.
How an enterprise engagement runs
✓Fixed scope, timeline and budget agreed before work starts
✓Agile delivery with a working demo every week — you see the system being built, not a status report about it
✓Working software in production within 90 days, and a phased plan when the whole programme is larger than that
✓Our engineers can embed in your team under your own process instead, where you would rather keep delivery in-house
✓A named technical lead for the engagement, and a German-speaking contact on German-language programmes
Contracting, compliance and data
✓A Saudi company — headquarters in Jeddah, Al Sulaymaniyah, commercial registration 4030592418, licensed as an information technology company
✓Project payments are made to our Saudi bank account, with no cross-border transfer required
✓Registered in Germany as well (USt-ID DE354426362), with an office in Berlin since 2020 and one in Dubai
✓GDPR and DSGVO requirements built into delivery, SAMA requirements where the client is in Saudi financial services, and ZATCA e-invoicing for Saudi billing
✓Data residency decided at architecture stage, before a cloud region is chosen
Why a large organization can take the risk
✓More than 50 products delivered
✓26 verified reviews on Clutch averaging 4.9 out of 5 — each one checked through an interview with the client
✓AWS Certified and Google Cloud Partner since 2023
✓Delivered for a SAMA-licensed fintech, a Saudi consultancy and an environmental safety firm, among others
✓Teams working in Arabic, English and German
Questions enterprise buyers ask
Are you a Saudi company or a foreign vendor?
A Saudi company. Our headquarters is in Jeddah, Al Sulaymaniyah, under Saudi commercial registration 4030592418, licensed as an information technology company, and project payments go to our Saudi bank account. We are also registered in Germany and hold an office in Berlin, which is where the engineering standards come from.
Can you work with Java EE, Spring and .NET?
Yes. Those are core to our enterprise practice, alongside microservice architectures, event-driven messaging and API platforms. We take over existing systems as often as we start new ones.
Can you modernize a legacy system without stopping the business?
That is the normal case. We carve bounded services out of the monolith one at a time, route traffic to each once it is proven, and leave the old system running until it no longer matters. Every step ships on its own.
Can you migrate our data and workloads to the cloud?
Yes — AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Alibaba Cloud. Assessment, landing zone, migration in waves and cost control afterwards. We are AWS Certified and a Google Cloud Partner.
Can our data stay inside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Residency is settled at architecture stage, before a region is chosen, so it shapes the design rather than being retrofitted.
What does AI automation actually involve?
A study of your team's routine work first, ranked by hours and error rate, then automation of the top of that list using Make or n8n where that weight fits, or a service in your own stack where it does not. We measure the hours returned against the baseline.
Can your engineers work inside our team?
Yes. Staff augmentation is one of our service lines — our engineers work under your process and your tooling.
How long before something is running?
Working software in production within 90 days. Where the full programme is larger, that becomes the first phase, with the rest planned around it.
Do you sign an NDA before detailed discussion?
Yes, whenever the client asks for one.
